PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

Once you have checked the availability of the dates you are interested in (via the request booking page) you should print and complete the booking form. The form should be posted to us. A deposit is required to secure the booking, unless the commencement of the holiday is less than 12 weeks away, in which case full payment is required (see the terms & conditions page).

We are in the process of arranging the facility to accept payments by credit card. In the meantime, you should either send a cheque  (£ or US$) with the booking form or arrange payment direct to our bank account. Please email us (info@villadisney.net) for further information.

After we have received the booking form and confirmed that payment has been received we will write and confirm the reservation. This will include details of directions and arrangements for arrival at the villa, as well as detailing when the security deposit and balance, if any, is due for payment.
